Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced via Twitter that Chancellor Merkel has set up the emergency assistance mechanism.
Rama says both the Prime Minister of Northern Macedonia, Zaev, and the Prime Minister of Bulgaria, Borisov, expressed their willingness to activate their assistance mechanisms.
