A 18-year-old detained for cultivating 102 cannabis plants

The police have arrested an 18-year-old, who is suspected of being the man responsible of 102 cannabis plants discovered in May of this year in the forest of Panahor village in Mallakastër.

It is learned that the investigations continue for the complete documentation of this case and other cases of this criminal activity.
