The number of new cases of coronavirus in Albania continues to increase dramatically, marking only today 69 cases.
50 patients are hospitalized in the Infectious Diseases Hospital, 7 are in intensive care, one intubated.
70 percent of all infected people have recovered.
The average age of hospitalized cases is 60 years old, over 60% of them are from Tirana.
According to the Ministry, since the beginning of March, over 20 thousand people have been tested, of which are:
– 1590 infected,
– 36 victims;
– 1055 recovered.
The Ministry of Health and Social Protection appeals for self-awareness of the citizens to be careful in the implementation of the established measures:
When you go out, stay at a physical distance of at least 1.5 meters, wash your hands, use masks or protective barriers when the physical distance cannot be maintained, disinfect objects and ventilate the places where you stay./abcnews.al
