The Directorate of Prisons submitted the conduct report for Beleri, while a report from the probation service was requested from Judge Alfred Ikonomi.
Prosecutor Okjana Gjergjefi asked to get acquainted with the report of the Directorate of Prisons. Pending the report from the probation service, the next hearing was scheduled for September 2.
“It was postponed because the court takes the usual leave in August. I said to the judge, come to work one day on this matter, because it is not prohibited, you can organize the usual leave even in this way.
