An 18-year-old man was arrested in Tirana as part of the coded police operation “Rule of Law”. The young man was caught in his apartment with a dose of cocaine and a handgun.
The arrest of the 18-year-old was carried out by officers of Police Station No. 6 in the capital./abcnews.al
