A 34-year-old man was arrested in Spain, as part of the police operation coded “Four”. Lutfi Xeka was sentenced by the Krujës Court to 4 years of imprisonment, for the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, carried out in collaboration.
Xeka, in cooperation with 11 others, cultivated hundreds of cannabis plants. The criminal activity of these citizens has been attacked by the Police, in 3 cases during 2019. Work continues to carry out the extradition of this citizen to Albania./abcnews.al
