The director of Tirana Police, Tonin Vocaj, announced details of the operation to strike the structured criminal group, which was involved in the trafficking of narcotics from Kosovo to Albania.
“A structured criminal network from Kosovo, which trafficked arms and ammunition to Albania, was hit,” he said.
He added that more than 200 TNT were seized, this amount, which was suspected to be used in criminal events in Albania.
“203 explosives, TNT, were seized, 46 kilograms. This amount was intended for criminal events.
Three phones and a car were seized,” Vocaj said.
Three people have been arrested for this, all residents of Gjilan, and two others have been declared wanted.
