“This is the third session that takes place in the Special Court against Fredi Beleri and Pandeli Kokaveshi, both arrested in relation to election corruption, since according to the Special Prosecutor’s Office, Beleri and Kokaveshi, two days before the May 14 elections, were detained on the grounds that they gave money in exchange for votes.
Today, the Special Prosecutor’s Office has asked to call 12 witnesses, who will prove the accusation of the prosecution, as they are the witnesses who will tell the court how they got the money from Beleri and Kokaveshi.
