Police of Lushnja arrested a few days ago Artan Tafanin, the young man wanted as the perpetrator of the robbery of an exchange in the area of Astir in Tirana.
From the investigations, it turns out that Tafani is part of Laert Haxhiu’s group in Lushnja and among the names he has mentioned before the investigators for the murders that have been revealed is the name of Haxhiu.
Tafani has chosen to become an associate of justice, while currently, after his statements, the Police and FNSH have undertaken a wide action in several cities to escort people who have participated in criminal events.
Currently, it is said that thanks to his testimony, the authorities have solved six murders in Elbasan, Korçë, Lushnje and Tepelënë and a total of 20 criminal events.
Referring to investigative sources, a total of 17 arrest warrants have been issued for dozens of criminal events.
Currently, the operation is underway in several cities, such as Korca, Pogradec and Elbasan.
In Elbasan, it is learned that the police, together with FNSH, are using civilian cars and so far 4 people have been arrested, two of them in Pogradec.
