An apartment and a vehicle owned by the former judge of Elbasan, Ilir Pashaj, have been seized. The Special Prosecutor’s Office (SPAK) immediately started the property investigation after the arrest of Pashaj, who was involved in a corrupt affair with judge Zamira Vyshka.
Pashaj practiced the profession of lawyer at the time of his arrest. According to SPAK, the former judge did not declare these assets, but hid them by registering them in the name of his brother-in-law and father-in-law.
