The counting process in the Shkodra has been completed.
It has been learned that the Democratic Party won with 47209 votes which are converted into 5mandates, leaving behind the Socialist Party with 39247 votes (3 mandates). While in third place is the PSD with 13,226 votes, which are converted into 2 mandates and 1 mandate SMI from 12,737 votes received.
Meanwhile, the Movement for Change Party with Jozefina Topalli as chairwoman and the Democratic Obedience Party led by Astrit Patozi have 2394 votes.
