Prime Minister Edi Rama was in Fier where he stated that within March all medical staff will the be vaccinated.
Rama said that another 40,000 doses of Pfizer will arrive, while other doses of vaccines are expected to be provided.
“The challenge is to ensure that the dosage is increased. We have a guarantee that within March we will have 40 thousand doses of the agreement with Pfizer and within a short time we will have more vaccines in 14 months.
On the other hand, the Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu stressed out that so far 3000 people have been vaccinated in total.
“So far, over 3000 people, doctors and nurses along with the elderly have been vaccinated for weeks”, said Manastirliu./.abcnews.al
