Prime Minister Edi Rama from the rostrum of the Assembly has stated that on July 30 will be approved the openlist.
The head of government said that they withdrew from this decision not for the opposition, but withdrew after seeing that most Albanians wanted such a thing.
We are not here in the framework of alliances of different natures, nor for issues that arise in international institutions, we do not question our tasks and priorities that are ours and our partners in the first place from terrorism to organized crime, but when it comes down to it or not we decime if we will open the list.
