A 44-year-old man was arrested this Friday morning by the police of Fier for possession of weapons without a permit. According to the police, the 44-year-old was hiding a pistol and ammunition in the apartment.
During the checks, the firearm, magazine and its cartridges were seized by the authorities.
“As a result of the immediate administration of police intelligence, provided following the national mega-operation coded “Rule of Law”, that a citizen was hiding weapons and military ammunition in his apartment, the services of the Fier Police Station organized and finalized the operation coded “Owner”.
During the operation, the 44-year-old man was arrested in the act.
