Residents evacuated as flames engulf Durres residential building

Tenth floor of a building in the city of Durres was engulfed in flames late on Wednesday evening.  Authorities reacted in time, making it possible to immediately evacuate the residents, who fortunately were not injured by the fire.

However, the event happened in district no. 4, near the train station. Firefighters made it possible to extinguish the fire in time by isolating the spread of flames

Meanwhile, the investigative group has started work to clarify the circumstances and the cause of the fire.
