The head of the municipality of Lezha, Pjerin Ndreu, presented himself this Wednesday at SPAK. After leaving SPAK, Ndreu gave a short communication to the media.
He stated that his appearance in SPAK has nothing to do with corruption, but is simply a political report from the DP.
“Zero procedural violations, zero economic damage. There is a problem where the DP of Lezha does not agree to build a sidewalk in Lezha, to save people. I am in the capacity of the person under investigation, the criminal offense of abuse of duty.
So I said it is a political report and it has nothing to do with corruption or violation of equality in tenders”, he said after leaving the premises of SPAK.
