The government has provided an amnesty for all fines imposed until October 7 for two categories. The first category are those who have received fines for violating quarantine restrictions from 17th April 17 to 7th October.
The second category are the families who have built without permission the house damaged from the quake.
The government orders the ministries to return the money to the citizens by 15th November. The decision was taken yesterday at the government meeting.
All administrative measures of a punitive nature, such as suspension of permits/licenses and blocked vehicles, must be returned by November 15, 2020 to the owners./abcnews.al
