Prime Minister Edi Rama presented this Thursday the Public Servant of Artificial Intelligence, which is the virtual assistant 1.0 of every citizen in e-Albania. During the presentation, the Head of Government revealed that the “servant” will be at the service of every citizen at every hour and for every application.
Meanwhile, Rama has emphasized that in 2024, the service on the platform will also be with voice.
“Today is a meaningful example of a new era that has involved the whole world in function of the quality of services, the transparency of decision-making, the extraordinary facilitation of procedures.
As we previously announced on New Year’s Eve, the public servant will be made available to everyone, an assistant who will be available to citizens at any hour of the night to help citizens.
We know very well that many may have problems, but related to the steps followed.
This happens when we apply to the Cadastre or anywhere. Our ambition is to extend it to the co-governance platform.
The assistant who today enters into relations with the citizens through written interaction is preparing that, after a period of getting to know them, he enters into interaction with them in voice and image, and even not just the assistant who guides them in the application process, but to be the one who get the service for them”, Rama said, among other things.
