Prime Minister Edi Rama has proposed Bledi Cuci as the new Interior Minister of Albania. His name was made public on Wednesday after former Minister, Sander Lleshaj resigned due to angry protests after a police officer shot dead a young man on the Youth Day.
Cuci is actually the Minister of Agriculture. His post will be replaced by Milva Ikonomi, proposed by the Head of Government to be the new Minister of the cabinet.
The two personalities proposed by Rama are not among those socialists more criticizes by the opposition.
