“I apologize to everyone but seeing the low level of awareness of many citizens, mostly young people, who find it even harder to stay in one place, we owe it to close all the restaurants, bars, clubs, in Tirana and Durrës.
This is not a holiday and entertainment time to go out of home , but a war and this war will worn only if we limit our freedom significantly changing your life and protecting your family from outside contacts, said Rama./abcnews.al
