Operation Force of Law has sent the form for self-declaration of assets to 2 convicted persons “Production and sale of narcotics”.
According to the notification, these individuals, as a subject of the Special Law, must answer within 48 hours, all OFL questions and then, the answers will be sent to the SPAK, for further action.
In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has initiated written requests for self-declaration of property, citizens:
B.D., resident in Shkodra, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”;
T.Sh. (A.), resident in Shkodra, convicted of the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
OFL is in uninterrupted action and in carrying out complex actions for the imposition of emergency seizures on suspected assets obtained from crime, as well as for sending self-declaration forms to all persons subject to the Special Law./abcnews.al
