The President of the Republic, Ilir Meta, has announced by Decree, the law “On the ratification of the engagement agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, represented by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection, and the GAVI Alliance, for participation in the global access structure vaccine COVID-19 (Covax Facility) ”.
In a statement, the Presidency announces that this agreement, although it is an important step in the measures taken by the Albanian state in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, enables the coverage of finding the vaccine for only 20% of the population, or even more, depending on the funding made available by the Albanian state./abcnews.al
