Operation Force of Law this Wednesday sent the self-declaration form of property of 6 convicts for armed robbery and drug trafficking.
Sources for ABC tells that the self-declaration form went to the citizens, Redi Gora (Kromidha), Florjan Hasa, Ylli Hakballa, Altin Hoxha, Artur Konja, Rinaldo Xhemo (Filaj).
These individuals, as the subject of the Special Law, must respond within 48 hours, to all OFL questions and then the answers will be sent to the SPAK for further action.
In the framework of the implementation of the Special Law on Property Measures against Individuals Convicted or Accused of Organized Crime or Serious Crimes, OFL has initiated written requests for self-declaration of sources of property, citizens:
-R.G. (K.), resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft “, committed in collaboration;
-F.H., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Cultivation of narcotic”;
-Y.H., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft “, committed in collaboration;
-A.H., resident in Tirana, convicted in Germany for the criminal offense “Drugs Trafficking”;
-A.K., resident in Tirana, convicted of the criminal offense “Theft”, committed in collaboration;
-R.Xh. (F.), resident in Tirana, convicted in Switzerland for the criminal offense “Drugs trafficking”.
OFL will inform the public on an ongoing basis of all procedural initiatives and executive operations it will carry out./abcnews.al
