Bloody Thursday in Albania, 3 victims in 3 tragic accidents

The roads of the country were bloodied this Thursday by three tragic accidents, where as a result three people died while 4 others were injured.

Around 04:30 in the morning, 56-year-old Prena Gjetani was traveling with her daughter and two grandchildren in the direction of Rinas, where the taxi they had taken went off the road. As a result, the 56-year-old lost her life while her daughter A.Gj. was injured. 30 years old together with 2 children, who are in the hospital under medical care.

Also this Thursday morning was fatal for 25-year-old Andi Rrustaj who together with his friend Xheku Logu were traveling in the direction of Kukes. Their car went off the road and ended up 100 feet down the abyss. The firefighters made it possible to remove the dead body of Andi Rrustaj, while Xheku Logu was sent to the Trauma Hospital, in serious condition.

Another fatal accident occurred in the village of Boçovë in Fier. Eduart Metushi, 43 years old, was working with Zetor in the lands of the village of Boçovë and lost control and as a result Zetor was overthrown. The 43-year-old died immediately from this accident.
