Referee for predetermination of matches, SPAK arrestes club official

Bledar Hajredini, the official of the Permeti football club, as well as the referee Qerim Ruçi, was arrested at the request of SPAK.

Referee Ruçi and Bledar Hajredini are charged with the criminal offense of ‘Predetermining results in sports competitions’. It is learned that the arrests were made by order of the Special Prosecution against Organized Crime and Corruption.

SPAK’s announcement:

-Bledar Hajredini, official of the sports club SHS “Përmeti”, suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Predetermination of results in sports competitions”, committed in collaboration, provided by Articles 197 / a / 2 and 25 of the Criminal Code.

-Julian Zera, suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Exercising illegal influence on persons exercising public functions”, committed in collaboration, provided by Articles 245/1/1 – 25 of the Criminal Code./abcnews.al
