The Government of Kosovo has arrived at the Palace of Congresses where will take place the joint meeting of the two governments. Prime Minister Edi Rama host with a ceremony the head of the Kosovo government, Hoti. The ceremony took place in front of the Palace of Congresses.
After the state ceremony, the two prime ministers entered the central lobby of the Palace of Congresses, where is expected to begin the joint meeting of the two governments.
