Two people, Thoma Bogdani and Fatjon Dule, with criminal records in the field of narcotics, have been arrested in Gjirokastër. In a “Jaguar” type vehicle that was driven by the 50-year-old, on the Kardhiqi bridge, 2 bags with about 15.8 kilograms of canabis were found.
From the preliminary investigations, it is suspected that the narcotic substance was being transported for the purpose of trafficking. Another 31-year-old man was also handcuffed for this.
He was driving a “Mini Cooper” type vehicle, with which he monitored the road where the vehicle with the narcotics was passing, in order to avoid the services of the Police.
