Two foreign tourists, both women have miraculously survived a car accident that happened around two this Wednesday morning near the roundabout in Thumana.
As they were traveling towards Tirana, the tourists lost control by colliding with the side barrier and then ended up off the road. Police patrol notified the ambulance and then the two tourists were sent to the hospital to receive medical assistance.
Fortunately, the two citizens were slightly injured and are out of danger of passing away. Cause of the accident is suspected to have been wetness on the road and lack of lighting.
