Two people have been arrested by Durres Police, as in cooperation with each other they procured and sold cannabis and cocaine in different neighborhoods of the city.
As material evidence, 1.1 kilograms of cannabis sativa narcotics, doses of cocaine and cannabis sativa narcotics, 900 euros and 90,000 ALL profited from the sale of narcotics, as well as 2 electronic scales, 1 vehicle, 1 tablet and 5 cell phones.
Meanwhile, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Durres, for further actions
“In the wake of successive operations for the prevention, detection and suppression of crimes in the field of narcotics, the Durrës Police has provided information from the police intelligence about a case of the sale of cocaine and cannabis sativa narcotics in doses, by 2 citizens, in different neighborhoods of the city.
As a result of this information proven by a several-week investigation, followed by proactive methods, in cooperation with the Durrës Prosecutor’s Office, the anti-drug police operation codenamed “Compromise” was organized and finalized, in the framework of which the citizens of H.K., 25 years old and R. L., 38 years old, both residents of Durrës.
From the investigative actions it was found that the citizen H. K. provided narcotics cocaine and cannabis sativa, with the purpose of selling them in doses, by the citizen R. L., in different neighborhoods of the city of Durrës.
Also, the 25-year-old was found on several mobile phones, active online sites for placing sports bets”, said the police.
