Albania and Ukraine have signed the treaty of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
The treaty serves to consolidate the friendship between the two countries and peoples, through the expansion and strengthening of cooperation in various fields of mutual interest.
Rama and Zelensky will open the Ukraine-Southeastern Europe summit, which is expected to start at 11:00 a.m. at the Palace of Congresses, with a speech, and then the work will be behind closed doors.
At 1:30 p.m., a press conference of Rama and Zelensky is planned, where they will respond to the interest of journalists.
