The Appeal Court released this Tuesday from prison the nurses of “Shefqet Ndroqi” hospital, Sidorela Cela and Rukie Hoxhaj, who had been arrested for “Abuse of office” and “Fraud”.
According to the investigation of the prosecution, as well as the disclosure of telephone records, both are accused of having talked many times with Tire Alldervishi about how they would share the money received from patients.
Citizen Tire Alldervishi was denounced by the daughter of a patient who died at Shefqet Ndroqi Hospital, serving as Covid 2. According to the denunciation, the citizen Tire Alldervishi had taken from her ALL 8 million to better serve to her hospitalized mother.
Alldervishi had acted as a nurse and told her the money will be shared with other staff members. The daughter of the patient further showed evidence that her mother was left without the minimum of care, and claimed that this affected her death.
After the arrest of Tire Alldervishi, four other staff members of the hospital in question were also arrested./abcnews.al
