Three young people from Tirana have been arrested this Wednesday after deceiving foreign citizens over the phone to invest in fictitious stock markets. According to preliminary verifications, they were employed in a call center entity in Yzberisht area, and in cooperation with each other called foreign citizens.
They introduced themselves as sales agents and through fraud, convinced foreign citizens to invest in the fictitious Forex exchange. Furthermore, two other people have been processed while they are at large, and the work to capture another continues.
As material evidence, 7 computer units, a USB and mobile phones that were used for this criminal activity were seized.
