A subject (firm) in Yzberisht was discovered, where documents were forged. The police arrested 3 people while seizing 37 forged stamps. 37 forged stamps belonged to various state institutions inside and outside Albania, incomplete documents (circulation permits, booklets, notarial statements, school documents and proof of professional skills) and 210 bottles of smuggled wine.
During the operation, the following citizens were arrested in the act:
-Çlirim Bregu, 53 years old, resident in Tirana, co-owner of the firm, previously convicted for, among other things, smuggling; Arben Rushiti, 55 years old, resident in Tirana, company employee; Fatos Shima, 54 years old, resident in Tirana.
The investigations showed that the citizens Çlirim Bregu and Arben Rushiti, through the false seals of various state institutions inside and outside Albania, provided documents (circulation permits, passbooks, notarial declarations, school documents and proof of professional skills) to various citizens.
Meanwhile, citizen Fatis Shima was caught red-handed receiving a suspected forged property certificate.
