It is not yet known whether there are doubts that Ervis Martinaj may have been killed or hidden in the Shijak area. It has been rumored that the last moment he was seen alive was precisely in Shijak.
Ervis Martinaj was declared wanted, as part of the “Golden Bullet” operation, after the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani. But on August 9, he disappeared without a trace. Martinaj’s family members raised the alarm and now the prosecution is investigating for kidnapping.
According to police sources, Martinaj, on the evening of August 8, left around 18:30 from the premises of a building near the “Asllan Rusi” Sports Palace, where he had an apartment.
His silhouette was filmed by a Ring Center mall security camera. Martinaj appears with sunglasses, short overalls and slippers. As he makes a short movement in the area, there comes an “Audi A8” type vehicle, the same vehicle that appeared on August 5 at the Adriatic Hotel in Durres.
According to the film footage, Martinaj got into the front seat and the car leaves the area of the “Asllan Rusi” sports palace, entering the road of Lapraka.
