Supreme Prosecutorial Council will send today to the Assembly the list of three candidates for Chief Prosecutor.
After the decision, Arta Marku appealed to the Administrative Court of Appeal the ranking made by the Supreme Prosecutorial Council for the 3 candidates for Chief Prosecutor.
On this list, Mark was second with 406 points, behind Olsian Çela, who was first with 459 points.
The Assembly will choose from among the three candidates.
The Chief Prosecutor will be elected by a three-fifths majority vote.
If parliament fails to elect one of the three candidates, then the first one on the list is automatically elected, thus Olsian Çela./abcnews.al
