Three people clashed with the police at the entrance of the Shkodra Court, creating tension in front of this institution. Police report that they were entering the court when they opposed the officers, and as a result they were arrested.
Shkodra Police structures, in cooperation with the Shkodra Judicial District Prosecutor’s Office, arrested the citizens E. M. 20 years old, P. P., 55 years old and R. K. 66 years old, resident in the neighborhood “Skënderbeg”, Shkodra.
