The head of the government, Edi Rama, received the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, at the Prime Minister’s office this Monday morning. The two leaders will hold a one-on-one meeting.
Afterwards, a meeting between the respective delegations will follow, which will end with the signing of an agreement between the two countries.
Rama and Zelensky will open the summit, which is expected to start at 11:00 a.m. at the Palace of Congresses, with a speech, while afterwards the proceedings will be behind closed doors. At 1:30 p.m., a press conference of Rama and Zelensky is planned, where they will respond to the interest of journalists.
