Sources for abcnews.al confirms that SPAK has signed arrest warrants for 13 people, while this Tuesday morning their execution by the State Police has started their execution.
Among other things, it has been learned that the police have gone to the field and arrests are being made of persons for whom an order has been issued but there is no information about the persons who may be part of this list for arrest.
