SPAK informs that it has hit 8 criminal groups in Tirana, Durrës and Elbasan.
According to the head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, 4 groups are in Elbasan, 2 in Tirana and 2 in Durrës.
Arben Kraja, among others, said that criminal groups paid assassins to eliminate opponents. Arrest warrants have been issued for 32 people. The head of SPAK stressed that the groups are characterized by brutal violence in crimes committed.
“”Investigations carried out for these criminal events have identified the existence of 8 structured criminal groups which have a geographical spread mainly in the cities of Tirana, Durres and Elbasan. In Elbasan 4 groups, in Durrës one group and in Tirana 3 groups.
These criminal groups are dedicated to criminal offenses to the detriment of life and health as well as in terms of property. What is characteristic of these criminal groups is the brutal violence shown in committing crimes, as well as the very serious consequences that come from this criminal activity”.
