Prime Minister Edi Rama has stated that the country is expected for the final agreement with a friendly country for 360 thousand doses of AstraZeneca vaccine.
Rama also said that at the end of March, 41 thousand doses promised by Pfizer are expected to arrive.
“We have received confirmation for 360 thousand AstraZeneca vaccines that will enter the process immediately, and elderly people from 80+ years old to 60+ years old will be vacinated.
We are close the finalization of other agreements within March and we will have 41 thousand doses of Pfizer and in April we will continue with other vaccines whether Pfizer or AstraZeneca. We are in discussion with another countries . “I am the biggest beggar on the planet,” Rama said./abcnews.al
