“The total number of tests given to the public is only that done in public institutions. We do not have rapid tests because it has been seen fit by experts to be tested by PCR. We must keep in mind that a large part of the tests carried out by other countries are rapid tests. I believe in the Committee of Technical Experts.
Also during his speech, the Prime Minister said that if you ask me about the preference between Lulzim Basha and Monika Kryemadhi, he said that he would choose Basha.
