Today, President Ilir Meta commemorated the 15th anniversary of Albanian polyphonic song in the list of “Masterpieces of human heritage”, protected by UNESCO.
In a post on social networks, Meta writes that the congratulations go to all the Albanian luminaries of polyphony.
Meta, who also published a video of the singer, Golik Jaupi, writes that this UNESCO assessment acts reflects the high quality of albanian national spiritual heritage, the prominent cultural identity and the talent carried over the years of the Albanian gene./abcnews.al
