Court of Vlora decided this Wednesday the security measure ‘Arrest with prison’ for the three citizens accused of incitement and use of drugs and then the rape of the 26-year-old a few days ago.
Two of them, Oltjon Tahiri and Albi Ceno, have been arrested, while Gentjano Mehmeti has been declared wanted. Nevertheless, the incident happened on Sunday in the coastal city.
According to information, the young people are friends with each other.
On her part, the young woman was found on the street by the police, who sent her to the hospital, where she remained in intensive care and in a serious psychological condition.
