The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, says that the new strategy presented by the Supreme Council of the Judiciary (HCJ) for the backlogged cases in the courts, is a strategy that brings institutions together in order to judge pending cases for citizens.
During his speech at the activity organized by the KLJ, Manja said that this institution is already a government of independent justice.
“The strategy presented today goes straight to the heart of the problem, which is the stock of unadjudicated files. Why the stoic was created, is already known. This has not helped today, 6 years after the implementation of the justice reform.
I feel good that the KLJ itself brought us all together today, to take the responsibilities that belong to us, for the citizens who expect their cases to be judged. A justice system that proposes solutions is perceived by the public as a justice system in action.
