Many judges and prosecutors who have resigned from the justice system have started a fierce battle with the vetting process, demanding that they not be excluded from the system for 15 years.
The Special Appellate Panel upheld the KPC decision to dismiss former Judge Astrit Haxhialushi. The decision was taken today by the trial panel composed of Albana Shtylla Ina Rama, Ardian Hajdari, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz members.
Upon dismissal, Haxhialushi is excluded from the justice system for 15 years./abcnews.al
