Interior Minister Sander Lleshaj together with the director of the State Police Ardi Veliu have made an inspection for anti-virus measures in the capital city of Albania.
Lleshaj appealed to the citizens to obey the authorities, noting that the risk of the virus has not disappeared.
“The effects of the pandemic are still high, for this reason, is required the comprehension of the citizens but also is required the strong commitment of the institutions and the State Police.
This requires the commitment of everyone. Today we went out to see the commitment of the Police, which is controlling the implementation of the Normative Act, which requires new additional restrictive measures in terms of attendance of bars, music.
Everyone should listen to the protocol set by the authorities. The State Police Forces in cooperation with other state authorities will continue with high intensity the commitment to ensure the implementation of the legal measures already taken.
Our whole challenge today is not to overcrowd hospitals. So it is very important for citizens to collaborate with institutions to curb the spread of virus. I emphasize and repeat once again, young age have died of coronavirus, some of them did not have any other concomitant diseases./abcnews.al
