Hearing on former Minister of Defense, Fatmir Mediu has been postponed due to the absence of two lawyers. Next session is expected to be held on November 30 at 10:00. It should be noted that the Court reassigned the state-appointed lawyer, Artan Simon.
Mediu is accused of abuse of duty as well as abuse of duty carried out in cooperation with the military chain of command.
There are suspicions that Mediu, in cooperation with other officials of the Ministry of Defense as well as other persons, issued sub-legal acts in violation of the law.
