The journalist of abcnews.al reports that the Court has imposed the security measure of arrest and imprisonment for 7 of the 9 accused, while 2 others were left under house arrest.
The Special Prosecution Office issued 9 arrest warrants in connection with investigations into the construction of the Fier and Elbasan incinerators.
In addition to the former Minister of Environment, Lefter Koka, the administrator of the company Integrated Technology Services Klodian Zoto, the prosecution also requested the arrest of the deputy Alqi Bllako and the administrator of the Fier Incinerator, Arenc Myrtezani.
The prosecution has also asked the court to investigate with the measure of arrest in prison 7 members of the commission for the concession of the Elbasan Incinerator and two others under house arrest.
