German Ambassador to Tirana Peter Zingraf praised the agreement reached between the political parties on Electoral Reform.
Zingraf described it as an encouraging incentive for Albania’s further path towards the European Union. Through a statement, the Ambassador further states that the constructive implementation of the agreed measures is another important element.
Zingraf says the country needs a constructive spirit in order to meet the further conditions set for integration.
In particular, he underlines the creation of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. According to him, these two are an important element for the Germans/abcnews.al
