General Directorate of Prisons has made a request to place Dan Hutra and the other three, Martin Kapllani, Geraldo Veizaj and Feti Kovaçi in the special 41 Biss regime after they tried to escape from Fier prison.
According to the information, Hutra and the other three had started the plan shortly before the new year and wanted to realize it by the beginning of January.
They had started to cut the window’s iron carrier with improvised tools, but the plan failed as the authorities reacted in time to catch them red-handed.
Dan Hutra is the author of an event that terrorized the capital in March last year, when he stabbed a woman and killed three others with a gun.
Accused of several criminal offenses, Dan Hutra has been remanded in prison awaiting sentencing for the crimes that occurred on March 1.
